All requests go through this single address:

• Technical support — Problems with indexing, model downloads, crashes, or any unexpected behavior. We will help resolve the issue.
• Feature requests — If SoundBakery is missing something you need, let us know and we may be able to deliver it in a future update.
• Refunds — If you are not satisfied with SoundBakery, you can request a refund through Apple's refund instructions. If Apple refuses the refund for any reason, write to us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
